- Registration fee has four options mentioned above.
- Registration fee inclusive of Hotel for 3D2N, Sea-Doo Riding, Meals & Beverages, Exclusive Merchandise, all during the event only.
- Registration fee excludes Flight tickets, Airport transfer to and from the hotel, activities outside the scheduled, meals & beverages outside the scheduled, personal expenses, and other personal needs.
- Spots are limited to ensure a premium experience. First-come, first-served.
- Eligibility

- Participants must be 18 years old and above.
- Must be physically fit for water sports.
- Accommodation
- Please take note that the hotel check-in time is 3 pm and the check-out time is 12 pm.
- If you arrive or depart outside of the period, please arrange your own accommodation and transportation.
- Safety Compliance
- All participants must follow the instructions of the guides and safety crew.
- Life jackets and safety gear must be worn during the ride.
- Agree & Signing Waiver
- Weather & Force Majeure
- The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the event in case of adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances.
- No refunds for changes due to weather or any other force majeure.
- Cancellation Policy
- No refund for participant-initiated cancellations.
- Full refund will only be provided if the organizer cancels the entire event.

- Each participant will receive exclusive merchandise
- Entitlements are given on the event day and are not exchangeable for cash.
- Photography & Media Consent
- By participating, you consent to the use of photos and videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.

- What Destinations Will We Explore?
You’ll experience a stunning coastline from Surabaya to Banyuwangi, riding along the east coast of Java. - Do I Need to Own a Sea-Doo?
No, Sea-Doo watercrafts are optionally provided during the event. You need to bring your personal gear. Be excited and ready for an adventurous experience. - Can Beginners Join?
Yes! We welcome both beginners and experienced riders. Safety briefings and guided sessions will be provided to ensure everyone enjoys safely. - How Do I Register?
- Registration is open from now until 10 January 2026. Secure your spot by filling out the online form and completing the payment process.
- Please be careful for any scam or fraud that trick people into revealing sensitive information like passwords, bank details, or personal information. Always be wary of unsolicited messages, and never click on links or open attachments from unknown senders, we will not asking any personal information rather that the one mention in the online registration form. If someone demands immediate payment, it’s a strong indication of a scam.
- Is Accommodation or Transport Included?
Flight Ticket / Transportation to and from Surabaya/Banyuwangi are not included. Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements. - What Happens in Case of Bad Weather?
For safety, routes may be adjusted. If weather conditions are unsafe, the activity may be postponed or modified. No refunds for weather changes. - Can I Cancel My Registration?
Cancellation is not refundable, except in the case where the event is fully cancelled by the organizer. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions above (terms & conditions point 6)
